Andrew Pyo

Andrew Pyo earned his doctorate in physics from Princeton University in May 2025. His research combines physics and mathematical modeling to uncover fundamental principles governing biological systems. At Stanford, he will use tools from eco-evolutionary dynamics, control theory, and statistical mechanics to investigate the mechanisms that drive diversity, robustness, and efficiency in the immune system.
