Mojgan Asadi

Mojgan Asadi obtained her doctorate in physical chemistry from the University of Southern California in 2023. During her graduate work, she studied the relationship between the structure and function of enzymes using quantum mechanics and molecular mechanics simulations. Her research interests lie in the intersection of computational simulations and experimental investigations of enzyme catalysis and covalent inhibitor design. At Stanford, she investigates the use of vibrational Stark effect probes to study the catalytic activity and covalent inhibition of enzymes that are important targets of drug development.
